J Endod:Omega 3脂肪酸可以减轻大鼠根尖周炎的骨吸收同时促进骨形成

这篇研究是为了评估食品添加物-不饱和Omega 3脂肪酸(ω-3 PUFAs)对大鼠牙髓暴露引起的根尖周炎(AP)的作用。

这篇研究是为了评估食品添加物-不饱和Omega 3脂肪酸(ω-3 PUFAs)对大鼠牙髓暴露引起的根尖周炎(AP)的作用。

28只雄性大鼠分为4组:空白对照组(C)、对照+ω-3 PUFAs组(C-O)、牙髓暴露引起的根尖周炎组(AP)和AP+ω-3 PUFAs组(AP-O)。牙髓暴露前,ω-3 PUFAs每天口服给药1次,共15天;牙髓暴露后,再给药30天。牙髓暴露后30天,处死实验大鼠,取颌骨进行组织学和免疫组织化学分析。免疫组化分析检测根尖周区域酒石酸抗性酸性磷酸酶阳性的破骨细胞和骨钙素阳性的成骨细胞。实验数据采用方差分析和t检验进行统计学分析,P < .05代表具有显着性差异。

结果显示,AP组中缺损处的骨吸收要明显高于其他组(P < .05)。与其他组相比,AP组中炎症细胞浸润程度以及酒石酸抗性酸性磷酸酶阳性的破骨细胞数量显着增高(P < .05)。AP-O组骨钙素阳性的成骨细胞数量明显高于AP组(P < .05)。

结论:饮食中补充ω-3 PUFAs,不仅可以抑制大鼠AP根尖周的骨吸收,还可以促进骨形成,同时还会减少损伤部位炎症细胞的浸润。
