IBD： 抗生素会增强粘附侵袭性大肠杆菌在人体内的感染和扩增

克罗恩病（CD）是一种具有复杂病因的炎性肠病，且需要使用抗生素，然而抗生素的使用与粘附侵入性大肠杆菌（AIEC））的丰度增加有关。目前并没有文献对于这方面进行研究，因此本项研究旨在探究抗生素对AIEC感染的影响。

背景
克罗恩病（CD）是一种具有复杂病因的炎性肠病，且需要使用抗生素，然而抗生素的使用与粘附侵入性大肠杆菌（AIEC））的丰度增加有关。目前并没有文献对于这方面进行研究，因此本项研究旨在探究抗生素对AIEC感染的影响。

方法
研究人员用AIEC感染小鼠构建模型，并使用不同类别抗生素进行干预，最后评估小鼠粪便和组织中AIEC的水平，通过免疫荧光显微镜观察的AIEC定位和组织病理学变化。

结果
研究人员发现广泛的抗生素使用强烈增强了初始AIEC感染，并扩大了慢性感染小鼠的AIEC定植。我们发现抗生素加强AIEC感染的能力与肠道细菌群落的变化无关，但与总体多样性的降低和与抗生素前状态的差异相关。

结论
本项研究结果表明，抗生素可使宿主更容易受到AIEC感染，并可使先前定植的宿主中的感染加剧。
