在此，将含有CPC和硅灰石（WS）的糊剂渗透到3D绘图的聚（乳酸-共-乙醇酸）（PLGA）网络中以制造塑料CPC基复合水泥（PLGA/WS/CPC）。PLGA/WS/CPC在加热到PLGA的玻璃化转变温度以上后恢复了CPC的可塑性。3D PLGA网络的存在显著增加了CPC在前期的灵活性，并在其降解时原位产生3D互连大孔。WS的加入有助于改善小鼠骨髓基质细胞的体外附着，增殖和成骨分化。体内实验结果表明PLGA/WS/CPC促进快速血管生成和骨形成。

因此，该研究结果表明，具有3D PLGA网络和硅灰石的塑料CPC基复合水泥显示出明显提高的修复骨缺损的效率，并且有望促进CPC在临床中的更广泛应用。
