研究认为，口服吗啡不能作为治疗早产儿急性程序性疼痛的治疗药物

近日研究人员考察口服吗啡对无需通气早产儿急性程序性疼痛治疗的效果和安全性。

31名早产儿参与研究，患儿月龄不足32周或出生体重低于1501g，随机接受100 μg/kg吗啡或安慰剂。研究的主要终点为早产儿疼痛状况(PIPP-r)评分、早产儿视网膜病变筛查评分及足跟伤害性诱发脑活动时间。次要终点为安全性及生理稳定性。

15名患儿接受吗啡，16人接受安慰剂。研究因吗啡严重的呼吸不良作用而终止。研究发现，组间PIPP-R得分差异不显著，吗啡组为11.1分，安慰剂组为10.5分，吗啡组后跟拉伤后伤害性诱发脑活动平均时间为0.99s，安慰剂组为0.75s。

研究认为，口服吗啡不能作为治疗早产儿急性程序性疼痛的治疗药物。
