J Rheumatol：抗CCP3.1和抗CCP-IgA与无类风湿性关节炎个体的年龄增加相关

在解释抗CCP3.1阳性时，应考虑到无RA个体年龄的增加。

这项研究探讨了在无类风湿性关节炎（RA）的受试者中，年龄与抗环瓜氨酸肽（CCP）抗体的相关性。

研究人员检测了678名RA患者直系亲属（FDRs）和330名骨关节炎（OA）患者血清中的抗CCP3.1（IgG/IgA）。还检测了所有FDRs的同种型（抗CCP-IgA和抗CCP-IgG）。

在FDRs中，年龄增加与抗CCP3.1（每1年，OR=1.03）和抗CCP-IgA阳性（每1年，OR=1.05）显著相关，但与抗CCP-IgG无关。在FDRs和OA受试者中，抗CCP3.1的患病率在50岁后明显增高。

在解释抗CCP3.1阳性时，应考虑到无RA个体年龄的增加。
