最近,有研究人员确定了耳鸣是否与成人的工作记忆(WM)有关,以及耳鸣障碍是否与成人耳鸣的WM有关。

研究采用了两组,横断面设计。研究包括了76名成年人,包括了耳鸣组(n=38)和对照组(n=38)。每组包括19名听力正常的成年人和19名听力损失的成年人,且年龄、性别和教育背景匹配。所有参与者都完成了视觉n-back测试;纯音听力测试(0.125-16 kHz);以及医院焦虑和抑郁量表(HADS)。耳鸣患者还完成了耳鸣障碍量表(THI)。研究结果发现,对所有参与者来说,当校正听力阈值、焦虑和抑郁时,耳鸣与WM评分无关。最佳耳高频纯音平均听力阈值(BEHFPTA:10、12.5、14和16 kHz)的校正是显著的。对于耳鸣患者来说,THI与最简单的n-back条件下的WM评分有关,而BEHFPTA与最简单和最难的n-back条件下的WM评分有关。

高频听力与工作记忆的关系

最后,研究人员指出,耳鸣与WM评分无关。耳鸣患者的耳鸣障碍与部分WM评分有关。高频听力与WM可能关系仍需进一步调查。
