CLIN CHEM LAB MED:一种新的流式细胞术方法在常规血液学工作流程中的初步评价

研究人员采用XN-moduleCyFlow Space System对采集于K3EDTA管中的81份外周血进行分析,使用标准MoAbsHM法分析,并使用光学显微镜(OM)进行分析。使用正常样本进行运行内不精确性分析,评估结转,并使用Passing-Bablok回归和Bland-Altman图进行数据比较。

HM方法的运行内不精确性范围在中性粒细胞(NE)1.4%,在单核细胞(MO)10.1%,等于或低于OMHM法与OM法的比较显示,淋巴细胞(LY)-巴布洛克回归斜率为0.83MO1.14,而NE- 0.18LY0.25。布兰德-阿尔特曼相对偏倚在- 12.43% (NE)19.77%(嗜酸性粒细胞)之间。所有11例病理标本中,两种方法的符合率均为100%

这种新的混合方法催生了一种适合常规临床使用的白细胞鉴别计数方法,它还有助于识别形态学异常,从而降低了成本,并改进了一级血液学工作流程的筛选。
