已有病例系列描述了造血干细胞移植（HSCT）后可能会出现白癜风。 本研究的目的是，探讨造血干细胞移植后，后续的白癜风发病的危险因素。 这项全国性的、以人群为基础的队列研究，数据来自韩国全民健康保险索赔数据库（2009-2013），所有的造血干细胞移植受者在2010年和2011年进行造血干细胞移植，排除原有白癜风的患者，并根据年龄和性别匹配无移植对照组。 共有2747例HSCT受者

已有病例系列描述了造血干细胞移植（HSCT）后可能会出现白癜风。

本研究的目的是，探讨造血干细胞移植后，后续的白癜风发病的危险因素。

这项全国性的、以人群为基础的队列研究，数据来自韩国全民健康保险索赔数据库（2009-2013），所有的造血干细胞移植受者在2010年和2011年进行造血干细胞移植，排除原有白癜风的患者，并根据年龄和性别匹配无移植对照组。

共有2747例HSCT受者和8241例对照组纳入了研究。2010年到2013年，HSCT受者出现新发白癜风的发生率为1.06%。HSCT受者与对照组(0.34%)比较，白癜风的病例显著增加(OR 3.130, 95% CI 1.859-5.271)。

同种异体HSCT(OR 5.593, 95% CI 1.628-19.213)和骨髓来源的干细胞（与外周血干细胞来源比较; OR 2.492, 95% CI 1.114-5.576），是与HSCT后发生白癜风的独立危险因素。

HSCT后与对照组相比，白癜风的发生率显著增加。同种异体HSCT和骨髓来源的干细胞是HSCT后发生白癜风的独立危险因素。
