Biosci Rep：血液透析期间的急性血流动力学变化不会加剧肠通透性

结果显示，透析后和非透析日的乳果糖：鼠李糖（L：R）比率和三氯蔗糖：赤藓糖醇（S：E）比率的曲线下面积（AUC）相似。血液透析患者的L：R的AUC高于对照组（0.071比0.034，P = 0.001），S：E的AUC比例无明显差异。与对照组相比，血液透析患者的乳果糖，三氯蔗糖和赤藓糖醇水平升高，并且保留时间更长，这是由于糖对清除肾功能的依赖性所致。

总之，我们发现与血液透析过程相关的肠道通透性无明显急性变化。由于肾脏功能对糖水平的明显影响，无法对对照组和血液透析患者之间的肠道通透性进行有效比较。
