结果显示,透析后和非透析日的乳果糖:鼠李糖(L:R)比率和三氯蔗糖:赤藓糖醇(S:E)比率的曲线下面积(AUC)相似。血液透析患者的L:R的AUC高于对照组(0.071比0.034,P = 0.001),S:E的AUC比例无明显差异。与对照组相比,血液透析患者的乳果糖,三氯蔗糖和赤藓糖醇水平升高,并且保留时间更长,这是由于糖对清除肾功能的依赖性所致。

总之,我们发现与血液透析过程相关的肠道通透性无明显急性变化。由于肾脏功能对糖水平的明显影响,无法对对照组和血液透析患者之间的肠道通透性进行有效比较。
