J Periodontal Res:牛牙周膜收缩时的动态粘弹性反应

为了探索PDL流体阶段的供量,这篇研究检测了其在压缩时的非线性时间依赖性反应。

作为连接牙齿与周围骨组织的主要载体,牙周膜(PDL)对于吸收和分散生理性以及侧向生理性负荷起到重要作用。尽管PDL对于拉伸和压缩时的机械反应存在差异,但是其应对压缩时的粘弹性反应还所知甚少。为了探索PDL流体阶段的供量,这篇研究检测了其在压缩时的非线性时间依赖性反应。

体外动态压缩试验通过3种不同预负荷在宽量程的频率下实施。另外,基于实验数据设计一种泛发性的Maxwell模型以建立粘弹性模型进行随后的PDL计算分析。

结果显示,压缩中0.03-0.4范围内的损耗因素值明显高于拉伸中0.04-0.08范围,表明流体阶段在动态压缩反应中呈现为局部作用。另外,通过模型参数预测,在预负荷增加时,粘性成分的作用降低,而弹性成分的作用增加。

结论:压缩时PDL的粘性作用要强于其在拉伸时。另外,牛PDL弛豫模量依赖于所施以的负荷表明它在压缩时存在着非线性的粘弹性反应。
