Brit J Cancer：空腹血糖、血糖控制与前列腺癌的风险 ！

由此可见，未经治疗的糖尿病患者空腹血糖水平可能是前列腺癌的危险因素。

男性糖尿病患者患前列腺癌（PCa）的整体风险降低，但高血糖的作用还不清楚。近日，肿瘤领域权威杂志British Journal of Cancer上发表了一篇研究文章，在这项队列研究中，研究人员评估了男性糖尿病患者空腹血糖水平与PCa风险之间的相关性。

芬兰前列腺癌筛查的随机研究（FinRSPC）参与者自1978年来与实验室数据库进行链接得到血糖测量的信息。17860人的这些数据可供查阅。基于每年的平均水平，他们被归类为血糖正常、糖尿病前期或糖尿病。中位随访时间为14.7年。研究人员采用多变量校正Cox回归法计算了发生前列腺癌的整体风险比（HRs）和95%可信区间（95%CI），并分别计算了前列腺癌分级和转移期的数据。

该研究总共有1663个病例被确诊。与血糖正常的人相比，那些血糖水平达糖尿病的患者发生前列腺癌的风险增加（HR为1.52；95%CI为1.31–1.75）。所有肿瘤分级均存在风险增加，此后持续十年。降糖药物的使用消除了风险关联。该研究的局限包括缺乏关于生活方式因素的信息和关于BMI的有限信息。

由此可见，未经治疗的糖尿病患者空腹血糖水平可能是前列腺癌的危险因素。
