杭州4月13日电(钱晨菲)13日,记者从中国科学院大学附属肿瘤医院(浙江省肿瘤医院)(下称国科大肿瘤医院)获悉,世界顶尖的3D乳腺X线检查设备——“数字化乳腺断层融合摄影”(下称3D钼靶)已经安装成功,并开始投入临床使用,这也是浙江引进的首台3D钼靶设备,较传统钼靶将提高乳腺疾病检出率34.4%。

乳腺癌为中国女性高发肿瘤之一,传统X线摄影检查为目前乳腺疾病检查的常用手段。“乳腺癌的早期发现、早期诊断、早期治疗可以延长病人的生存率。3D钼靶的灵敏度更高,定位更精准,更有利于肿瘤的早期发现。”国科大肿瘤医院乳腺外科主任杨红健说。

其介绍,3D钼靶可以在短暂的扫描过程中,在不同角度获得乳房的影像,并将这些独立的影像以1毫米层厚重建成一系列断层影像,就像是将乳房以1毫米的层厚“切”出一个个的断层图像,医生可以一层一层查看乳房组织。

国科大肿瘤医院放射科诊断组组长邓雪英介绍,传统的乳腺钼靶在检查出疑似阳性病灶后,往往需要再次召回病人作二次检查,或辅助其他检测手段(如穿刺活检等)予以确诊。3D钼靶能减少组织重叠,假阳性、假阴性的概率大大降低,减少患者的召回率。

据悉,目前乳腺影像检查方法包括超声检查、全自动乳腺容积超声系统、磁共振等。对此,国科大肿瘤医院乳腺肿瘤内科主任医师陈占红建议,对常规体检来说,40岁以下女性首选超声;40岁以上的女性,建议每年乳腺钼靶检查。若以往检查有可疑病变或有肿块、乳头溢液等情况的,也可以直接选择3D钼靶或者全自动乳腺超声检查。
