14天后,这些人的心血管功能下降了1.8%,但在恢复正常活动14天后,功能恢复到基线水平。

研究人员还发现,2周时间的运动量的减少还导致了心肺功能下降,腰围增加,肝脂肪的沉积和胰岛素抵抗,并导致内皮功能的显着下降,但在恢复活动量后,这些指标均可恢复至基线水平。
