记者今天从江苏省物价局获悉，由该局会同省卫计委、人社厅下发的《城市公立医院医药价格综合改革的指导意见》将于10月底在全省实施。 此次改革的主要爱内容涉及，取消药品价格的加成部分，城市公立医院药品按零差率销售。试行按维持公立医院合理业务收入的目标价格定价机制，调整部分医疗服务项目价格。改革医疗服务价格项目管理。控制并逐步减少公立医院部分特需医疗。 此次改革的范围包括，城市所有的公

此次改革的主要爱内容涉及，取消药品价格的加成部分，城市公立医院药品按零差率销售。试行按维持公立医院合理业务收入的目标价格定价机制，调整部分医疗服务项目价格。改革医疗服务价格项目管理。控制并逐步减少公立医院部分特需医疗。

此次改革的范围包括，城市所有的公立医院：包括卫生计生部门主管的医院(含疗养院)、大学附属医院、军队医院、企事业单位办医院、政府部门举办的康复医院、疗养院。从医院级别别看，包括部级医院、省级医院、市级医院、区(县)级医院、非完全实行基本药物的中心卫生院。
