耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌（MRSA）经常诱发慢性骨髓炎，然后是骨缺损。本研究中，研究人员开发了庆大霉素负载的丝/纳米银复合支架，用于治疗MRSA诱导的慢性骨髓炎。用丝蛋白作为还原剂在甲酸中还原AgNO3，原位形成银纳米颗粒，均匀分布在复合支架中。 对于复合支架，实现了对MRSA的优异抗菌性能，而没有损害成骨能力。然后将庆大霉素加载到支架上以更好地治疗骨髓炎。体内结果显示有效抑制MRSA细菌的生长，
