本研究是一项回顾性观察研究,包括通过尿液肌红蛋白检测患者尿液分析血红蛋白和红细胞结果。

研究结果显示,在截至201410月的15年期间,共对88个退伍军人事务设施的13 139例尿肌红蛋白结果进行了评估。在各实验室使用的方法中,定性尿肌红蛋白检测从2000年的53(47.1%)中的25例下降到2013年的77(6.4%)中的5例。在7311个测试中(55.6%)通过定量方法进行尿检同时进行,3915 53.5%)的血液跟踪结果为阴性,其中肌红蛋白为1000μg/ L或更高的170.4%)。 3+血液结果的187525.5%)的病例中,尿液中的血红蛋白≥1000μg/ L的有153例(33.8%)有血尿(≥5红细胞/微升)和109例的10931.9%)无血尿。
