这篇研究的目的是通过粘接强度试验在不同降解条件下检测10-甲基丙烯酰氧基癸基磷酸二氢盐(MDP)在酸蚀-冲洗粘接系统下使用通用型粘接剂时对牙本质粘接的影响。

研究使用含MDP的通用型粘接剂-Clearfil Universal Bond Quick (CU)和一种采用相同成分但不含MDP的实验性粘接剂(NM)作为实验对象。在酸蚀-冲洗粘接系统下采用含或不含MDP粘接剂后检测牙本质的剪切粘接强度(SBS)。在自酸蚀粘接系统下使用CU作为对照。将各组分成3种类型:1)置于热循环中; 2)长时间的水浴存储; 3)置于水中24 h作为基础对照。结果显示,随着降解时间的延长,CU和NM组的之间的平均SBS差异越发显著。

结论:这篇研究表明,在通用型粘接剂中,当使用酸蚀-冲洗粘接系统时,MDP对于增加牙本质粘接质量可能起到关键性作用。
