这篇研究的目的是通过直接和间接的细胞培养方法体外评估商品化的义齿粘接剂和口腔保湿霜对人成纤维细胞和上皮细胞的影响。

研究对义齿粘接剂(Faston, Poligrip Powder, New Poligrip Free, Tafugurippu Kurimu, Polident Adhesive, Tafugurippu Tomei)和口腔保湿霜(Concool Mouth Gel, Biotene Oral Balance Gel)进行细胞的存活与死亡检测以及pH水平测定。结果显示,口腔保湿霜的细胞毒性显著高于每种培养条件和细胞的对照组,而pH水平之间并没有任何差异。然而,不同类型的义齿粘接剂和口腔保湿霜与细胞毒性之间并不存在关联性。

结论:虽然一些产品注明是可信赖的,但不论何种材料均对人细胞产生一定的毒性作用。
