6月30日,国家科学技术奖励工作办公室正式公布了“2016年度国家科学技术奖”的初评结果,本年度初评通过的有45项国家自然科学奖项目、48项国家技术发明奖通用项目和133项国家科学技术进步奖通用项目(含3个创新团队),另有19项国家技术发明奖专用项目和39项国家科学技术进步奖专用项目在委托管理单位、推荐单位及项目完成单位等进行内部公布。

三氧化二砷用于治疗急性早幼粒细胞白血病的项目初审获“技术发明”一等奖!来自哈尔滨医科大学的张亭栋教授为该项目的第一获奖人。目前该项目已经通过初评,并且是唯一候选项目,极有可能摘得今年的国家技术发明一等奖。三氧化二砷作为中国学者的研究成功,已经成为全球的APL治疗的关键药物,可以说是中国成果,造福全球患者的代表。近些年来,三氧化二砷在其他肿瘤里的研究以及做作用机制的研究成果也是硕果累累。三氧化二砷和青蒿素一样,成为中国创新新药研发的一个里程碑。

张亭栋教授于70年代开始研究,化毒为药,使用三氧化二砷对急性早幼粒细胞白血病治疗作用的重要发现,但由于所处环境,其工作鲜为人知。后经北京大学教授饶毅对此详细调研考证,确认张亭栋教授在这一突破性工作中的关键贡献。

青蒿素,屠呦呦教授,获2015年诺贝尔奖;
埃克替尼,贝达药业丁列明博士等,2015年中国国家科技进步一等奖;
三氧化二砷,哈尔滨医科大学张亭栋教授,2016国家科学技术奖-技术发明奖
