满足百万级高深度全基因组测序需求,华大智造发布基因组学新解决方案

亿欧大健康10月29日消息,在第十五届国际基因组学大会(ICG-15)上,华大智造发布了“大人群基因组学一站式解决方案”。该方案集样本前处理、文库制备、高通量测序、基因数据管理等模块为一体,从样本到报告全程自动化,目前可满足每年五万到百万级规模高深度全基因组测序需求,全流程均可按需定制。

该解决方案由生物样本库、建库中心、测序中心和数据中心四大核心模块构成。其中,生物样本库主要功能是将全血分离为血浆和白膜层,完成gDNA提取;建库中心则分为文库制备和DNB制备两部分,用于测序文库制备。

该方案的测序中心则采用了超强定制的测序系统DNBSEQ-T10×4RS,一台DNBSEQ-T10×4RS测序系统支持8张测序载片同时运行,每天可产出最高达20Tb(约200个高深度人类全基因组)的测序数据,单套测序系统可年产超过5万个高深度个人全基因组测序。采用该解决方案的前期测试数据显示, DNBSEQ-T10×4RS测序系统检测SNP的准确度和灵敏度都超过99%,检测Indel的准确度和灵敏度超过98%。

此外,最后一个重要模块——数据中心则使用华大智造ZTRON基因数据中心一体机,可实现样本管理、实验室生产、生信分析及数据治理等全周期基因数据管理。

华大智造高级副总裁倪鸣表示:“可以看到,近年来大人群基因组测序和分析渐成趋势,国家级别的基因组测序项目不断涌现。全球范围内大人群基因组计划的实施,对高通量基因测序平台技术的水平,对基因测序方案的通量、成本、精准度、智能化等提出了更高要求,华大智造也希望为此贡献己力。”

据介绍,华大智造打造的“大人群基因组学一站式解决方案”拥有四大核心优势:第一,超高通量,单台测序仪年产高深度全基因组测序不低于5万人次;第二,超低成本,其所采用的新型测序方案可有效降低测序成本;第三,超强定制,能够实现全流程可定制化,满足五万到百万级基因组测序需求;第四,该方案从样本到报告全程实现自动化,使测序全流程操作更为便利。
