Lancet Diabetes Endo:不胖的人也应“饭吃八成饱”,少吃饭可明显改善健康

近期一项Lancet糖尿病和内分泌子刊一项多中心随机对照研究发现,每天减少12%的热量(300卡路里)可改善非肥胖人群的代谢指标,并且可维持24个月。

近期一项Lancet糖尿病和内分泌子刊一项多中心随机对照研究发现,每天减少12%的热量(300卡路里)可改善非肥胖人群的代谢指标,并且可维持24个月。
 
研究中限制热量组有143人,75人作为对照,基线体重指数为22-28,其中大部分为女性,研究持续2年。
 
研究要求将热量限制25%,但实际上很难达到这一要求,研究最终平均减少了11.9%的热量摄入。
 
研究中,限制热量组体重减轻了7.5公斤,而对照组增加了0.5公斤。
 
研究发现,限制热量组收缩压下降2.20 mmHg,舒张压下降3.40 mmHg,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)下降0.23 mmol/L,甘油三酯下降0.27 mmol/L。
 
同时,这些人的空腹胰岛素下降了1.71 μIU/mL,空腹血糖下降了0.05 mg/dL,C-反应蛋白下降0.068 nmol/L和胰岛素敏感性增加了0.099。
 
而未限制热量组收缩压增加2.15 mmHg。舒张压增加1.55 mmHg,LDL-C增加0.03 mmol/L,甘油三酯减少0.03 mmol/L。
 
哈佛大学公共卫生学院Frank Hu同期刊发述评称,这是一项“开创性”研究 ,是“非肥胖年轻人和中年人的首次长期热量限制的大样本研究。”
 
他指出,限制热量摄入不仅对心血管健康有益,还可减缓衰老进程和延长寿命。
 
尽管有这些好处,但他不认为这种饮食策略对应对全球肥胖流行有很大的作用。
 
他认为:“我们饮食富足,有大量能量密集,但没有营养的食物,且价格便宜,易于获取,销售量很大。因为人容易受环境影响,不大可能长期坚持热量限制。”
