近日，一项随机、平行对照、双盲的临床试验评估了含有壳聚糖的口腔粘膜粘附膜剂治疗复发性阿弗他性口炎（RAS）的有效性和安全性，结果发现含有壳聚糖的口腔粘膜粘附膜剂能促进口腔溃疡愈合，可作为药物载体治疗口

近日，一项随机、平行对照、双盲的临床试验评估了含有壳聚糖的口腔粘膜粘附膜剂治疗复发性阿弗他性口炎（RAS）的有效性和安全性，结果发现含有壳聚糖的口腔粘膜粘附膜剂能促进口腔溃疡愈合，可作为药物载体治疗口腔溃疡，该结果已在线发表于J Dermatolog Treat。

研究招募了72名RAS受试者，将其随机分配到试验组或对照组。记录基线时的人口统计学数据。演示了口腔粘膜粘附膜剂的使用情况。在第1天（基线）、第2天、第4天和第6天记录疼痛评分（视觉模拟量表）、不良反应、溃疡大小。

 

结果显示，在第4天和第6天之间，治疗组溃疡大小的减少幅度(P<.05)明显大于对照组(1.10±2.26)。治疗组与对照组在疼痛评分、溃疡大小、疼痛评分减少等方面无明显差异（P>.05）。未观察到明显的不良反应。
