尽管大力宣传，并且投入人力物力促进儿童的规范化用药，但是仍有全科医生为门诊儿童开具的药物不在药品说明书的适应症范围内，而且这一比例很高。为了研究儿童适应症外的药物使用情况及其副作用(ADR)的发生率，法国临床药物实验中心的Aurore Palmaro对法国西南部46家全科医院开具儿科处方的情况展开研究。该文章在线发表于近日的Pediatrics。研究纳入的患儿年龄为0-16岁，研究内容包括患儿的个人信息、就诊原因和开药情况。根据全科医生的接诊情况，计算就诊10天之内开具药物处方的患儿发生ADRs的概率。根据药物说明书上的描述来确定该儿童是否为使用了适应症之外的药物。结果发现这46家全科医院于2011年3月8日至2011年7月31日共接诊了2313名儿童，其中全科医生为1960名患儿开具了药物处方。患儿的平均年龄为5.6岁，性别男女比例为1.1：1。开具药物处方的患儿中，37.6%的患儿不在药品适应症的范围内，6.7%是无许可证的药物，其中既不在适应症范围也无许可证的处方比例为56.4%，26.5%的药物处方比规定剂量要低，19.5%比规定剂量要高，没有标注适用年龄的药物处方为7.2%，
