拜耳制药近日宣布，日本厚生劳动省（MHLW）已批准Jivi®（BAY94-9027）用于日本12岁或以上成人和青少年A型血友病的治疗。

拜耳制药近日宣布，日本厚生劳动省（MHLW）已批准Jivi®（BAY94-9027）用于日本12岁或以上成人和青少年A型血友病的治疗。推荐常用剂量是每周两次。根据患者的情况，Jivi也可按每5天或每周一次给药。Jivi还被批准用于手术的按需治疗和围手术期管理。

血友病可分为两种主要型别，A型血友病缺乏第8凝血因子，B型血友病缺乏第9凝血因子。Jivi是一种位点特异性聚乙二醇化重组凝血因子VIII（rFVIII），可提供更高水平的FVIII。

广岛大学医院输血科主任Teruhisa Fujii博士说：“如今，血友病患者可以通过凝血因子VIII替代疗法减轻患者症状。Jivi的批准允许某些A型血友病患者保持较高的凝血因子水平”。拜耳公司制药部执行委员会成员兼研发部主任Joerg Moeller博士说：“MHLW的这一批准是日本血友病患者向前迈出的重要一步。这是继8月份美国FDA批准后，今年Jivi获得的第二次重大批准”。
