结果显示，在体外，DRAM1在2天和多种浓度下被IL-1β和聚核梭杆菌明显上调。另外，两种因子刺激下DRAM1蛋白质的表达水平升高。在炎症或感染条件下，自噬相关基因ATG3，BAK1，HDAC6和IRGM也上调。在体内，与对照相比，牙周炎大鼠牙龈组织中DRAM1基因表达明显增强。与健康部位相比，牙周炎部位的人牙龈活组织中DRAM1的表达也显著升高。

综上所述，该研究结果表明在炎症和感染条件下，DRAM1的表达在牙周细胞和组织中增加，表明DRAM1在口腔炎症和感染中起关键作用。DRAM1可能是未来牙周炎诊断和治疗策略中的一个有用的靶标。
