Radiology:用CT看腰椎间盘突出的好办法!

本研究旨在评估双能CT虚拟非钙化(VNCa)重建在检出腰椎间盘突出较常规CT图像重建的价值。

本研究旨在评估双能CT虚拟非钙化(VNCa)重建在检出腰椎间盘突出较常规CT图像重建的价值。

本研究共纳入了41例行双能双源CT和3.0T MRI成像的患者,由6名放射科医生在不知临床及MRI诊断的情况下独立评价传统灰阶双源CT来评价腰椎间盘突出及其程度、脊神经根受累情况。在8周后,阅片者利用伪彩VNCa重建进行评价。由额外两名放射科医生评价MRI图像,其结果作为参考标准。评价诊断的敏感性和特异性。

结果为,共有112处腰椎间盘突出在MRI被诊断。VNCa显示在检出腰椎间盘突出的敏感性(612 of 672 [91%] vs 534 of 672 [80%])和特异性(723 of 786 [92%] vs 665 of 786 [85%])要明显高于常规CT(P < .001)。组间一致性均较高(κ = 0.82 vs 0.67; P < .001)。与常规CT相比,VNCa具有较高的诊断效能、图像质量和噪声评分质量(P < .001)。

本研究表明,伪彩双能CT虚拟非钙化重建方法表现出较常规CT诊断腰椎间盘突出更加优秀的诊断效能。
