大脑皮质宏观结构的异常变化与先天性心脏病(CHD)新生儿的缺氧相关。动物实验结果显示缺氧可以导致细胞水平的皮质结构变化,新的磁共振成像技术为研究新生儿CHD患者脑供氧与皮质微结构发育的关系提供了可能。本研究对48例复杂或严重CHD新生儿进行了大脑皮质宏观和微观结构的检测,并纳入分析了48例年龄匹配的正常对照。分析结果显示,48例CHD新生儿的大脑皮质微观结构均有所改变,与对照相比,部分各向异性增大

大脑皮质宏观结构的异常变化与先天性心脏病(CHD)新生儿的缺氧相关。动物实验结果显示缺氧可以导致细胞水平的皮质结构变化,新的磁共振成像技术为研究新生儿CHD患者脑供氧与皮质微结构发育的关系提供了可能。

本研究对48例复杂或严重CHD新生儿进行了大脑皮质宏观和微观结构的检测,并纳入分析了48例年龄匹配的正常对照。分析结果显示,48例CHD新生儿的大脑皮质微观结构均有所改变,与对照相比,部分各向异性增大,取向分散指数减小。皮质定向分散指数的减少与CHD新生儿大脑皮质的氧运减少相关(R2=0.637; n=39)。另外,皮质定向分散指数与回转指数相关(R2=0.589; P<0.001; n=48)。

研究结果显示,先心病患者大脑皮质发育不全的主要原因是树突状化受损,引起大脑皮质的宏观改变,且与皮质的氧运相关。
