窄谱中波紫外线(NB．UVB)家庭光疗近年来发展迅速，在治疗银屑病、白癜风等疾病方面具有确切的疗效和较高的安全性，而且比医院内光疗更加经济、方便，是一种良好的治疗选择。本共识以近年来国内外相关的临床研究及相关指南为依据，对NB．UVB家庭光疗的临床规范应用提出具体建议，供临床医生在指导患者正确选择和使用NB．UVB家庭光疗的临床实践中参考。
