J Endod:TRUShape和XP-endo Shaper成形能力的比较:一项体外研究

研究将20颗人的上颌双根前磨牙随机分为2组,每组10个样本,通过SkyScan 1275 X-ray microtomograph (Bruker micro-CT, Kontich, Belgium)在分辨率<4 μm的参数下在根管预备前后对样本进行扫描。前磨牙以及冲洗液在预备之前和预备过程中处于37°环境下。组1使用XP,组2使用TS。预备后,研究者检测牙本质去除的量、根管壁未处理的面积、根管的体积、根管偏移的程度和定心率。通过Statgraphics Centurion XV software (StatPoint Technologies, Inc, Warrenton, VA)计算集中趋势和分散值;通过Mann-Whitney-Wilcoxon检验检测平均值和中间值。显著性水平设置为5% (P < .05)。

结果显示,2组成形能力、根管壁未处理的面积、根管偏移的程度和定心能力之间未见显著性差异(P > .05)。

结论:使用XP single file和TS file系统预备中等程度弯曲根管效果相当。XP和TS均能够维持根管的原始解剖形态,并且2者间未处理根管壁的百分比、定心能力和最小根尖偏移均相似。
