本研究旨在合成无毒、生态友好和具有成本效益的银纳米粒子,Phyllanthus acidus(P. acidus)作为起始材料。Phyllanthus acidus水提取物中存在的植物成分在减少硝酸银以释放银纳米颗粒(PA-AgNPs)方面有效。HPTLC指纹分析揭示了Phyllanthus acidus水提取物中类黄酮和槲皮素的存在。通过UV-Vis光谱表面等离子体共振在462nm处显示λmax

本研究旨在合成无毒、生态友好和具有成本效益的银纳米粒子,Phyllanthus acidus(P. acidus)作为起始材料。

Phyllanthus acidus水提取物中存在的植物成分在减少硝酸银以释放银纳米颗粒(PA-AgNPs)方面有效。HPTLC指纹分析揭示了Phyllanthus acidus水提取物中类黄酮和槲皮素的存在。通过UV-Vis光谱表面等离子体共振在462nm处显示λmax。Zeta尺寸显示纳米粒子的尺寸在65-250nm范围内,多分散指数(PDI)为0.451。Zeta电位值(- 16.4)的负电荷表示PA-AgNPs之间的排斥性,因此具有优异的稳定性。FESEM-EDAX、XRD和TEM分析证实存在不同形态结构的纳米晶体PA-AgNP。此外,PA-AgNPs对大肠杆菌显示出有效的抗菌作用。吖啶橙(AO)染料证实PA-AgNPs具有更强的抗菌作用。后处理中,SEM检测显示,PA-AgNPs可损伤大肠杆菌菌膜导致细胞死亡或细胞生长停滞。

综上所述,该研究结果表明,来自Phyllanthus acidus的银纳米粒子可用作慢性感染的抗菌剂的潜在来源,也可用作对抗其他有害微生物的潜在来源。
