李克强总理3月10日来到十三届全国人大一次会议宁夏代表团参加审议。一位代表说，宁夏正在大力实施“互联网+医疗”，希望建立国家健康医疗大数据中心，纵向打通各类医疗卫生机构、部门、区域之间的信息壁垒。李克强要求有关部门要调整优化投资结构，把固定资产投资更多投向基础信息等领域，加快“互联网+医疗”、“互联网+教育”建设，让优质医疗教育等资源，普惠更多基层群众。
