最近,有研究人员调查了纤毛摆动调控途径中这些成分之间的相互关系

研究人员在内窥镜鼻腔手术中收集了29名慢性肥厚性鼻炎/鼻窦炎患者的下鼻甲。将鼻甲粘膜切成薄片,在装有高速数码摄像机的相位对比光镜下观察粘膜纤毛运动。研究结果发现,用100μM CALP3(钙调蛋白激动剂)刺激时,纤毛摆动频率(CBF)明显增加,而同时加入100μM SQ22536(腺苷酸环化酶抑制剂)和10μM ODQ(鸟苷酸环化酶抑制剂)以及同时加入1μM KT5720(蛋白激酶A抑制剂)和1μM KT5823(蛋白激酶G抑制剂)则被完全抑制。用10 ?M forskolin(腺苷酸环化酶激活剂)和10 ?M BAY41-2272(鸟苷酸环化酶激活剂)刺激,以及用100 ?M 8-溴-cAMP(cAMP类似物)和100 ?M 8-溴-cGMP(cGMP类似物)刺激时,CBF明显增加,加入1 ?M calidazolium(钙调蛋白拮抗剂)时没有发生改变。

最后,研究人员指出,人类鼻粘膜纤毛摆动的调节途径涉及钙调蛋白、腺苷酸/鸟苷酸环化酶和蛋白激酶A/G。腺苷酸/鸟苷酸环化酶和蛋白激酶A/G作用于钙调蛋白的下游,并进一步传递钙调蛋白信号
