组织激肽在激肽系统中起着重要的作用。研究已经证明，它在创伤性脑损伤(TBI)的保护作用。本研究试图确定TBI患者血清TK水平与创伤严重程度以及临床结果之间的关系。

研究人员招募了112名严重创伤性脑损伤的患者(格拉斯哥昏迷评分分数 < 9)以及112名对照。通过建立2个多变量模型来评估血清TK水平与30天死亡之间的关系，分析其在受试者工作特性曲线下的预后预测能力。

研究结果显示，病人TK水平显著低于比对照组(中位数0.148 mg / l,上,下四分位数0.121 - -0.185与中位数0.258 mg / l,上,下四分位数0.207 - -0.342,P < 0.001)。TK含量与格拉斯哥昏迷评分分数密切和呈正相关(r = 0.550)。TK含量< 0.148 mg / l独立预测30天死亡率价值优势比为4.752(95%可信区间(CI), 1.166 - -19.367)和30天的总体生存价值风险比为3.698 (95% CI, 1.026 - -13.333)。TK水平对30天死亡率有显著性差异，其曲线下面积为0.822 (95% CI, 0.738-0.887)。

因此，不研究结果表明，血清TK可作为TBI患者临床预后的一个潜在预测指标。
