成批烧伤是指一次事故中伤员人数大于或等于3人，近年来该类事故时有发生，其特点是伤员多、伤情重、救治任务繁重。如何尽快将严重烧伤伤员(烧伤总面积大于30%TBSA)进行分流和转运，是成批烧伤救治的重要环节。转运的目的是使烧伤伤员能快速、安全地到达指定的医疗单位，接受正规的专科治疗，这对于提高成批危重烧伤伤员的救治成功率、减少伤残率，具有重要临床意义。然而，转运需综合考虑伤员伤情、医疗力量和转运工具等

成批烧伤是指一次事故中伤员人数大于或等于3人，近年来该类事故时有发生，其特点是伤员多、伤情重、救治任务繁重。如何尽快将严重烧伤伤员(烧伤总面积大于30%TBSA)进行分流和转运，是成批烧伤救治的重要环节。转运的目的是使烧伤伤员能快速、安全地到达指定的医疗单位，接受正规的专科治疗，这对于提高成批危重烧伤伤员的救治成功率、减少伤残率，具有重要临床意义。然而，转运需综合考虑伤员伤情、医疗力量和转运工具等因素，不恰当的转运可造成伤员病情加重甚至在转运途中死亡。20世纪70年代，第三军医大学提出了不同烧伤总面积成年伤员的转运时机，该方案对严重烧伤伤员的转运起到了重要的指导作用。经过几十年的发展，目前我国严重烧伤伤员的转运在医疗技术力量和转运工具方面都有了很大变化与进步，特别是伤员的远距离航空转运逐步成为常规救护方式。因此有必要修订严重烧伤伤员的转运方案。
