Cardiovasc Diabetol：每天坚持这6个习惯，不管有没有高血压，发生糖尿病的风险都会大大降低！

在高血压参与者中，坚持健康的生活方式模式（包括健康的睡眠模式）可显著降低T2DM发生的风险。

2型糖尿病（T2DM）极大地增加了死亡率和残疾负担，2017年全世界约有4.25亿成人患有糖尿病，预计到2040年将增至6.42亿。高血压患者发生T2DM的风险高于BMI或其他常规糖尿病风险因素。鉴于2型糖尿病与高血压之间危险因素的共同性，确定有效策略来预防或延缓高血压患者中2型糖尿病的发展尤为重要。

健康生活方式（包括睡眠模式）与高血压患者并发2型糖尿病（T2DM）风险的关系证据有限。本研究的目的是调查总体健康生活方式（包括健康的睡眠模式）与高血压患者发生T2DM的关系，并评估在多大程度上可以预防这种风险。

这项研究在英国生物银行调查了高血压（227966例）和正常血压（203005例）患者中T2DM患者的六种生活方式因素及其相互作用。低风险生活方式因素被定义为标准体重指数（BMI）、适量饮酒、不吸烟、进行中等至剧烈强度的体育活动、高质量饮食和保持健康的睡眠模式。

在平均8.63年的随访期间，共有12403例T2DM病例。结果显示，有5-6个低风险生活方式因素的人，高血压参与者的HRs为0.14（95%可信区间0.10至0.19），正常血压参与者的HRs为0.13（95%可信区间0.08至0.19）。 如果坚持五种健康的生活方式，76.93%的高血压患者发生2型糖尿病的可能性显著降低，如果他们遵循六因素（健康的睡眠模式）则增加到81.14%。与高血压成人相比，血压正常的人如果坚持六种健康的生活方式会获得更多的益处。

在430,971名参与者中，结合低风险的生活方式因素，进行多变量调整的2型糖尿病发病人群归因风险百分比

总之，这项大型队列的研究表明，在高血压参与者中，坚持健康的生活方式模式（包括健康的睡眠模式）可显著降低T2DM发生的风险。重要的是，可以通过在血压正常的人群中坚持这种综合生活方式来预防糖尿病发生。
