中科院武汉病毒所等成功分离出寨卡病毒

中科院武汉病毒所近期与深圳出入境检验检疫局合作，成功分离出1株寨卡病毒。该株病毒和解放军军事医学科学院首次分离的SZ01株寨卡病毒属于同一血清样本，都来源于从萨摩亚入境我国深圳的患者。


武汉病毒所副所长肖庚富研究员从深圳出入境检验检疫局获得最后50微升珍贵血清样本；该所黄病毒课题组研究员张波带领团队克服了血清量少的困难，通过接种C6/36蚊子细胞，经过3次传代成功分离得到病毒，并利用寨卡病毒特异性引物进行了RT-PCR验证。

寨卡病毒属于黄病毒科黄病毒属，目前缺乏针对该病毒的特异性疫苗和有效治疗方法。寨卡病毒分离株的获得，将为我国开发具有自主知识产权的抗病毒药物、检测诊断试剂和中和抗体等的研究提供物质基础。
