肺炎链球菌侵入性疾病监控网络(SpIDnet)是7个欧洲国家的9个地区的肺炎监控体系,其中5个地区使用13价肺炎球菌结合疫苗(PCV13),4个地区使用10价和13价疫苗,6个地区的疫苗接种率超过90%,其余地区在67-78%。近日研究人员就疫苗对5岁以下儿童侵袭性肺炎球菌疾病发病率的影响进行研究。

研究人员比较了在引入PCV13 和 PCV10疫苗后的4年时间与之前使用PCV7疫苗时期,侵袭性肺炎球菌疾病的发病率比率的变化。

研究发现,在10价和13价疫苗普及后各型肺炎球菌疾病的发病率比率为0·53 (95% CI 0·43-0·65),PCV7型肺炎球菌疾病的发病率比率为0.16,1,5和 7F亚型的肺炎球菌疾病的发病率比率为0.17,3,6A和19A亚型的发病率比率为0.41。仅使用13价疫苗的地区发病率比率与使用7价和13价地区的发病率比率相近。13价疫苗以外的肺炎球菌亚型引起的疾病发病率比率为1.62。
