最后,研究人员指出,他们的研究阐释了人类PCa细胞能够在斑马鱼和小鼠中与微环境表现出相当响应。因此,结合两种动物模型,研究人员阐释了微环境依赖的actinvin信号是PCa转移的必要驱使因子,同时具有作为治疗靶标的可能。
