OBI制药公司近日宣布，美国FDA已批准其抗体-药物偶联物（ADC）OBI-999的研究性新药申请（IND），将进行I/II期临床研究。OBI计划招募患有晚期实体瘤的患者，包括胰腺癌、胃癌、结直肠癌和食道癌。

OBI制药公司近日宣布，美国FDA已批准其抗体-药物偶联物（ADC）OBI-999的研究性新药申请（IND），将进行I/II期临床研究。OBI计划招募患有晚期实体瘤的患者，包括胰腺癌、胃癌、结直肠癌和食道癌。OBI Pharma的首席医疗顾问，医学博士Tillman Pearce指出：“这项临床试验旨在验证OBI-999的安全性和初步有效性。我们很高兴在德克萨斯大学MD安德森癌症中心进行这项临床试验，该中心是美国领先的肿瘤学研究机构之一”。

OBI Pharma董事长兼首席执行官Michael Chang博士补充说：“OBI-999是我们独特的抗Globo H肿瘤抗原的ADC。我们正努力开发新型抗Globo H的药物，以满足癌症患者的医疗需求”。
