BMJ：胸腔引流后还会出现张力性气胸吗？

一名多发伤患者出现气胸，接受左侧胸腔引流来治疗。

一名多发伤患者出现气胸，接受左侧胸腔引流来治疗。


CT扫描第二天患者感觉极度不舒服。扫描显示，左侧大的气胸，纵隔移位，出现张力和“深沟”的标志，这是气胸患者仰卧位时的一种比较罕见但又很具体的影像表现，更常见于仰卧位胸片。空气聚集在外侧胸膜腔并推动横膈膜下移，形成胸膜空气深沟（箭头所指部位）。


经胸腔引流后解决了患者的气胸问题。需要牢记的是，胸腔引流并不一定可以预防张力性气胸的发生。
