CLIN CANCER RES近期发表了一篇文章，研究RNF126在浸润性乳腺癌中的表达情况及其与乳腺癌预后之间的关系，分析RNF26是否可以影响靶向细胞周期检查点酶CHEK1抑制剂的效果。

CLIN CANCER RES近期发表了一篇文章，研究RNF126在浸润性乳腺癌中的表达情况及其与乳腺癌预后之间的关系，分析RNF26是否可以影响靶向细胞周期检查点酶CHEK1抑制剂的效果。

作者通过免疫组化分析了110例浸润性乳腺癌及78例相匹配的临近正常组织RNF126染色情况。利用免疫共沉淀研究RNF126是否控制CHEK1表达。利用组织芯片免疫组化染色分析两种蛋白表达情况。在正常细胞及RNF126敲低细胞中通过MTT/增殖实验，免疫染色等实验研究CHEK1抑制诱导的细胞杀伤/复制情况。研究结果表明，乳腺癌组织中RNF126蛋白表达上调。RNF126与不良预后有关且是独立预测因素。RNF126促进CHEK1转录表达。此外，在乳腺癌组织及细胞系中均发现RNF126和CHEK1蛋白之间的强烈相关性。在表达RNF126的细胞中，抑制CHEK1会诱导更强的细胞杀伤效果及乳腺癌细胞更高的复制压力。

文章最后认为，浸润性乳腺癌组织中RNF126蛋白高表达。RNF126蛋白高表达是浸润性乳腺癌不良预后的独立危险因素，也是对CHEK1抑制剂有反应的肿瘤的潜在分子标志。CHEK1阻滞可以靶向高表达RNF126的乳腺癌细胞。
