PLOS ONE:我国成年人的膳食钙摄入量和食物来源

最近,中国疾病防控中心进行了一项研究,目的是根据2015年中国营养转变队列研究的数据,确定中国成年人的膳食钙摄入量和相应的食物来源。

钙是人体必需的微量营养素之一,其在保持骨骼和牙齿健康方面有着重要的作用。然而,缺钙是世界上,特别是中国,非常普遍的营养问题。最近,中国疾病防控中心进行了一项研究,目的是根据2015年中国营养转变队列研究的数据,确定中国成年人的膳食钙摄入量和相应的食物来源。
研究人员连续3天结合家庭称重法,在15个省,自治区,直辖市获得了18~64岁中国成年人的膳食数据。研究人员使用中国食品成分(第1册,第2版)来计算每种食品类别的钙摄入量,并将钙摄入中位数低于估计平均需求的参与者百分比视为整体人群中钙不足的水平。
研究人员将参与者分为两个年龄组,18-49岁和50-64岁,分别包括6,630和5,307名参与者。各组膳食钙摄入量中位数分别为324.8毫克/天(mg / d)和332.7 mg / d,相应的钙不足分别为92.9%和96.0%。整个研究人群的钙摄入量中位数为328.3 mg / d,不足率为94.3%,随着教育程度,收入和城市化水平的提高而提高。
研究人群中膳食钙的主要食物来源是蔬菜,豆类和谷物,分别占30.2%,16.7%和14.6%。牛奶和乳制品对研究人群的贡献率为6.7%,但随着城市化水平的变化,城市,郊区,县和农村地区分别为15.0%,6.1%,6.3%和2.0%。
这些研究结果强调了营养教育和干预对中国成年人改善其膳食结构和增加牛奶和乳制品摄入以消耗足够钙的重要性。
