Halozyme Therapeutics是一家开发新型药物递送疗法的生物技术公司，近日宣布，全球III期FeDeriCa研究达到其主要终点。FeDeriCa研究使用Halozyme的ENHANZE®药物输送技术，研究了帕妥珠单抗（Perjeta®）和曲妥珠单抗（赫赛汀®）的固定剂量组合，用于皮下给药。结果表明，与标准静脉注射（IV）输注相比，ENHANZE®药物输送技术的药代动力学具有非劣效。

Halozyme Therapeutics总裁兼首席执行官Helen Torley博士说：“III期FeDeriCa研究的结果代表了我们ENHANZE®药物输送技术的重要进展。这是第一款将两种治疗性抗体作为单一固定剂量皮下给药的技术”。
