艾滋病病毒感染者（PLHIV）艾滋病发病率的总体降低以及肺疾病谱发生了变化。近日，呼吸疾病领域权威杂志Eur Respir J上发表了一篇研究文章，研究人员旨在更新法国住院的PLHIV肺疾病患病率的流行病学的最新情况。

研究人员分析了从法国全国医院医疗信息数据库中获取的2007年至2013年期间法国住院的PLHIV的肺疾病患病率，并评估了4年随访期间艾滋病与非传染性疾病之间的关系。

2007年至2013年期间，共有52091名PLHIV在法国住院治疗。在住院治疗肺疾病的PLHIV中，非传染性肺病在2007年至2013年期间从45.6％显著增加至54.7％，但是至少有一次感染性肺疾病的患者比例显著下降。2010年，研究人员将10067名普遍住院的PLHIV与8244 682名非PLHIV住院患者进行了比较。在30-49岁的患者中，即使在调整吸烟后，HIV感染也与慢性阻塞性肺病（COPD）、慢性呼吸衰竭、肺气肿、肺纤维化和肺动脉高压（PAH）有关。

由此可见，在PLHIV中发生非感染性肺疾病，特别是COPD、肺气肿、肺纤维化、PAH和慢性呼吸道疾病，这表明对该人群中进行大规模筛查是正确的。
