近日,发表在Radiology杂志的一项研究探讨了水T1和FF定量的MR指纹序列(MRF T1-FF)在NMDs患者中提供脂肪替代和疾病活动预测及显示的潜力并与水T2 mapping相比,评估了水T1作为疾病活动的成像标志物的敏感性为临床快速准确的进行NMDs诊断提供了影像学支持

本研究对2018年3月至2020年3月期间从NMDs患者腿部获得的影像学数据进行了回顾性分析。MRI检查包括脂肪抑制T2加权成像、三点Dixon技术(FFDixon)测量的FF mapping、水T2 mapping和MRF T1-FF,从中得出用MRF T1-FF(FFMRF)和水T1测量的FF。2020年1月至7月期间,前瞻性地获取了健康志愿者腿部的数据,以得出FF、水T2和水T1值的异常阈值。进行了Kruskal-Wallis检验和受试者工作特征曲线分析,并使用了线性模型。

共评估了73名患者(平均年龄±标准差,47岁±12;45名女性)和15名健康志愿者(平均年龄,33岁±8;三名女性)。FFMRF和FFDixon之间呈线性相关(R2 = 0.97,P < .001)。在脂肪抑制T2加权成像中,高信号强度的肌肉水T1值高于低信号强度的肌肉(平均值,分别为1281毫秒[95%CI:1165,1604]vs 1198毫秒[95%CI:1099,1312];P < .001),并且发现水T1和水T2分布指标之间存在相关性中值和第90百分位数的R2=0.66和0.79;P < .001)。水T1根据定量水T2将患者的肌肉分类为异常,具有较高的敏感性(93%;73名患者中的68名)和特异性(80%;73名患者中的53名)(AUC,0.92[95% CI:0.83,0.97];P < .001)。
