以色列海法大学日前发布一项研究称，一些不孕治疗可能增加孩子患自闭症的风险。

自闭症也称孤独症，是一类多发于青少年的精神疾病，患者症状包括社交障碍、重复性刻板动作、焦虑、抑郁等。近年来，有关自闭症发病原因的研究主要侧重于环境因素方面，而对不孕治疗的影响则较少涉及。

鉴于男孩患自闭症的风险高于女孩，最新研究分析了1999年至2008年在以色列出生的近11万名男孩。美国纽约芒特西奈医院和瑞典卡罗琳医学院的研究人员也参与了这项研究。

不孕治疗包括体外人工授精和一些激素疗法。研究人员发现，体外人工授精与自然受孕相比，在儿童患自闭症风险方面不存在统计学意义上的显著差异；但在激素疗法中，接受黄体酮治疗的妇女的孩子患自闭症的风险要比未接受不孕治疗女性的孩子高出1.5倍。黄体酮是维持妊娠所必需的孕激素。研究人员猜测，不孕治疗使用的黄体酮可能影响胎儿的大脑发育，导致自闭症的发生。

这项研究发表在《神经精神药理学与生物精神病学进展》杂志上。
