桃叶珊瑚苷代表从多种中草药中分离出的环烯醚萜苷，已被证明具有多种药理活性。本研究旨在探究桃叶珊瑚苷抑制钛颗粒诱导的小鼠MC3T3-E1成骨细胞凋亡和促进骨形成的作用和机制。进行MTT测定和流式细胞术分别分析细胞活力和细胞凋亡。进行ELISA和对硝基苯磷酸盐比色法以评估氧化应激标记物和碱性磷酸酶（ALP）。使用Western印迹和逆转录-定量聚合酶链反应测定评估相关的mRNA和蛋白质表达。结果表明，

结果表明，桃叶珊瑚苷增强了用Ti颗粒处理的MC3T3-E1细胞的细胞活性。桃叶珊瑚苷通过影响B细胞淋巴瘤-2（Bcl-2），Bcl-2相关X蛋白，ALP和相关的成骨因子表达来抑制Ti颗粒诱导的MC3T3-E1细胞的凋亡并促进成骨。桃叶珊瑚苷降低了Ti颗粒诱导的MC3T3-E1细胞中的氧化应激。此外，桃叶珊瑚苷上调Ti颗粒诱导的MC3T3-E1细胞中的骨形态发生蛋白2（BMP2）/Smads/runt相关转录因子2（RunX2）通路。

总之，该研究结果表明，桃叶珊瑚苷抑制了Ti颗粒介导的MC3T3-E1细胞凋亡，并通过影响BMP2/Smads/RunX2信号通路促进成骨。
