大脑皮层花边征影像诊断思路

头颅MRI扫描见大脑皮层异常信号，在颞、顶、枕叶的大脑皮质以及皮质下白质出现长T2信号，呈层状坏死，皮层高信号形似花边，称为“花边征”或“飘带征”。“花边征”多见于“血氨血糖尿毒症，炎症疯牛上吊死”这些病人，是其扫描皮层典型的影像学特征。了解疾病特异征象有利于更早地做出CJD的诊断。因此，梅斯医学特邀请到大连大学附属新华医院【唐伟】主任在线授课，为大家分享临床经验，届时欢迎业界同仁在线观看直播、互动交流经验。
