J Endod：BioRoot RCS根管充填的再治疗：一项体外研究

这篇研究的目的是为了比较采用硅酸钙类封闭剂(BioRoot RCS [BRCS]； Septodont， Saint-Maur-des-Fossés， France)和氧化锌丁香油封闭剂(Pulp Canal Sealer [PCS]； Sybron Endo Kerr， Orange， CA)充填根管后移除根管内充填物和重建根尖区所花费的时间，并分析操作者经验对其影响。

研究对40个Dentalike仿真牙(Dentsply Sirona， York， PA)的120个根管使用WaveOne (Dentsply Sirona)往复运动锉针进行预备，采用单根牙胶配合BRCS或PCS封闭根管。施以BRCS或PCS的样本平均分配至有经验和初级从业者。记录每个根管移除根管内充填物和根尖区再预备所花费的时间。比较不同封闭剂和从业者经验对样本带来的影响(Mann-Whitney test)。

结果显示，115个根管成功进行再治疗。对于近颊和远颊根管2种材料移除的时间未见显著性差异(P > .05)。相比之下，移除腭根管内BRCS的程序步骤要比PCS高(79.10 vs 182.45 seconds， P < .01)。有经验的从业者所花费的时间明显少于初级从业者(P < .05)。

结论：BRCS在近颊和远颊根管内被移除的速度与氧化锌丁香油封闭剂一样快速，但腭根管除外。操作时间受到操作者经验的影响，与充填材料的使用或根管类型无关。
