Lancet HIV：度鲁特韦强化治疗可进一步清楚患者体内残余病毒

研究认为对于病情得到有效控制的HIV感染者，病毒的残余复制能力很低，而接受度鲁特韦治疗后可进一步的抑制残余病毒的复制能力，有效清除病毒提高耐药屏障

对于HIV感染人群接受抗病毒治疗后，病毒的持续复制以及残留病毒复制是导致疾病复发以及耐药的重要因素。近日研究人员考察了度鲁特韦强化疗法对HIV残留病毒复制能力的影响。

本次随机双盲安慰剂对照研究招募18岁以上HIV感染人群，患者接受至少3种抗病毒药物联合治疗，至少3年以上。患者血浆病毒拷贝数少于50，CD4细胞计数350以上。患者在联合抗病毒疗法基础上随机接受50mg度鲁特韦或安慰剂。研究的主要终点是外周血CD4细胞2种长末端重复序列含量(2-LTR)变化。

40名患者参与研究，其中度鲁特韦组21人，安慰剂组19人，12%患者接受蛋白酶抑制剂，其他患者接受非核苷类逆转录酶抑制剂。度鲁特韦组平均2-LTR变化为-0.17，对照组为-0.26。度鲁特韦联合先前抗HIV治疗表现出良好的安全性，未发生治疗中断或严重的不良事件。
